Just got my copy of MSA News and see they've a reminder of the proceedure on rule changes. This is centred around the proposed changes re Gp B & WRC cars on certain rallies.
They highlight that the change is currently in the "comments & review" part, but could be passed in June 2006 and come into force in 2007.
Anyone feels strongly needs to write to MSA. It may not do any good but its your only chance.
