i would be interested to hear some feedback from a spectators point of view as to what you thought of the national rally also being a round of the english tarmac championship. was it better to watch this year or not? also who was the most impressive and committed on the stages?

nationals were great!
1) great to see 4 6r4's still on stages
2) i would rather have saw them all day on friday afternoon aswell as saturday!
3) most impressive clarke/bradley/durnien
4) most commited clarke/bradley

Longlive the mighty 6r4

P.S good you resign my guestbook got wiped
The National Event was fantastic this year. Can't remember the last time I heard so many amazing sounding Metros. That little Darrian was flying too. The more Championships involved the better.
One small critism of the national rally, found it hard to get start times for some of the national stages, the programme gave rough indications but it wasnt very accurate
11.30 at night listening to the 6r4's and mk2s was unbelievable!

Fantastic weekend and very well run!
codriver of car 110 legend fires metro 6r4 any photos available from anyone out on the friday night /sat

Rosie,
Looked like they just fired the Nats in 10 mins after the Int - to keep things going. So the Nat start time depended on how many Ints were running, and if there were any gaps.

I would certainly prefer to keep the action coming than try to work to a timetable that may delay the action.
