they can contact the club and a set will be posted, but rallyman 007 tell me how many people if they dont have a computer dont know someone who has

its in the green book now that regs wont be posted and have to be downloaded from the internet.

but to be honest on rally.ie they get 10,000 views per rally. i dont even think theres that many rally fans in the country.
