You might consider me to be biased considering I sell these but from a competitors point of view I can confirm that the noise cancelling feature does work. This intercom was specifically designed for the S2000 and R2/R3 high revving cars. For example, Robert Barrable struggled at the Sunseeker rally to hear in the S2000 Fabia, however in West Cork with the DES version fitted it was far better. If you need any more info please dont hesitate to contact me.

I have used the stilo wrc des for the last 7 or 8 events. Its The noise cancellation is brilliant its far superior to the old wrc. The car i sit in is especially noisy. And we have no problems at all. You can make phone calls with the helmet or headsets on via the bluetooth function. It is also a better job for in car camera's as the old wrc causes some interference to in car camera systems. With the des there is a button inside were the battery goes which you can set it for having an in car system hooked up to it.

I used one of these intercoms for the first time in Galway. The intercom is wired to a 12v supply in the car. We ended up with awful interference. The extra noise filter cancelled some of this out but was still very poor. With the noise filter off the interference was almost unbearable. Could this be a wiring issue?

Also I had a problem with my iPhone 4S not connecting to it.

Has anybody else had this sort of experience and what can I do to sort it?

All help appreciated

Thanks in advance

We had no problems like that David

we were using Alan's iPhone 4 but il try see can I set it up with my 4s this evening or tomorrow.

Don't know what to say about the interference, we got a little before we changed from a Honda dizzy to the omex set up but it was nothing major like what your having.

I would try go with rewiring and see what happens then, a good earth and a (fused) positive straight from the battery.

or maybe somebody on here might have some better advice?

Cheers Chris.

Im going to try rewiring it. A had a lot of issues with electrical noise and the dta ecu. Caused havoc with the flat shift signal from the gearbox. Might be this issue resurfacing :-(

Hi
I have a WRC DES 9v in my Rallye 2cv. I hear the engine revs in the headset. Going up and down as I drive. Is there a option to reduce or cancel this?
Thank you
