this is just something that came to me today but the restricted single stages are supposed to be for drivers who have not finished inside the top ten of a rally, David James, Liam wall, Andrew Purcell, Pat donnegan have finished inside the top ten on rallies why were they let compete in the carrick on suir single stage rally, i may be wrong about this and i stand corrected if i am

No I think they (rallies commmiittteee) have lifted that ban, and the restriction on international licences.

I think that rule was changed this year, as far as i'm awear JP and also the rule regarding international licence holders doing the smaller rallies aswell

oh i didnt know for sure if it was i was on reserve for baltinglass last year because i had an international licence and i didnt know the ban was lifted

What you could have done JP was got an MSA licence and then they would have to let you in, one front runner in those rallies last year did just that.
