Watched the live stage last night on Eurosport. Was great to watch. The Fords' looked mighty with this long column of blue flame out of the exhaust nearly all the time. Looked like the afterburner of a jet. Pity it only showed the first run of Gareth

I believe they did not show Matthew at all. Good ploy by British Eurosport to miss the only British WRC driver in the event...

The new Focus is really awesome to watch on stage. They look and sound fantastic.

stage and split times are on wrc.com shan. Click on results down the left side of the screen.

Marcus leads by 1.8 secs from P Solberg with Hirvonen and Loeb a further 0.6 back in joint third place. Galli, Stohl, Atkinson, Pons then Henning Solberg. Wilson 10th, Sordo 11th, Gareth 12th.

Gareth was 3 seconds quicker over his 2nd run on the speccy stage last night. He is currently 12th and 3.8 secs behind Sordo and 4.5 down on Wilson after 4.4kms

Bloody hell, Solberg is on a mission today.

Solberg, Stohl, Atkinson 1-2-3 on SS3. Solberg now has an 8 second lead over Marcus who is 3.6 seconds ahead of Stohl. Loeb back in 7th and 23.3 secs down after 3 stages. Exactly what I like to see Matthew 36.7 secs quicker than Gareth through SS3. Matthew 11th O/A and Gareth is 13th...

Arai beating Nasser by 2.4 in PWRC argh !!!

He had some problems yesterday and dropped some time.

Matthew and Michael are going well. Fair play

Gutted that both Fords have retired. Both were doing so well :(

Well done Gareth, a testing event for Gareth by all accounts but he has got valuable mileage in the car and off a tough rally.
Roll on Sardinia.
Pity Marcus had problems. As Seb is on top of his game, but watching the tv, he is having to push real hard, which is great to see.
