I'm curious about this - you are saying that he used your photos without permission.
Yet it is his image so surely he has some rights to that?

What is the legal standing on this?
Does a photographer have to have permission of the subject to publish their image?

As far as im aware he would need premission to publish photos of you.
Could be very wrong on this tho??

Also wrong to use same as would be copyrighted,

what he said ^^^ but when you go into a concert on the back you might be on the tv or in pictures. mabe its in the regs somewhere or in the green book..
