I was told over the weekend that Mike is going to concentrate on the Pirelli Tarmac Championship and not contest the Dunlop National. Is there any truth in this? It would be a pity .....

He is a very fast boy- and ultra ultra consistent, he never puts a mark on her, Dickie must never have bought a bottle of T Cut in his life cuz Mike never harms the wee Evo.

Maybe he done all his wrecking on the playstation!! Bit cheaper!!

if he does leave for the Tarmac that would be freakin sweet Colm Murphy would need to tighten his belts as Curran would be on it.

Only pity is that with Curran gone we wouldnt get to see battles between him and Kelleher and Willie Fannin (if he stays on he is super)

Kelleher was beating feckin Darrians and WRCs in Cork so he has the speed, just needs a clear run and when Willie gets his N12 it will be some tussle.

Mike Curran doubtful for Kerry

Championship Group N leaders Michael Curran and Fabian McShane are unlightly to start the Circuit of Kerry this weekend as their Mitsubishi Lancer is being upgraded to Evo 9 specification and will not be ready for the rally.

The pair are also expected to take part in a few rounds of the Tarmac Championship this season.
