lads one of my mates is after buying a mk1 as a road car and wants to fit an lsd to it and he was wondering how much work will go into changing it and how much roughly will it cost??

Not a massive job to put a limo into a mark 1 Brian, once it's a standard (English) axle in it and not an Atlas. Not sure of the cost of the limo for an english axle but €200 - €500 would be around what I'd imagine........

What colour is this mark one by the way??? I've seen two very nice mk1's around Carrigaline over the past 3 weeks......................

its luminous orange... there is a white one and a red one as well.. not sure what kind of an axle is in it but id say its a standard one... cheers lads ill pass on the info...

When i seen your name and MK1 in the same post i thought Jimmy & me had converted you onto real rallycars after seeing Mark higgins smiling so much.Have you warmed up any since friday.:p

just about thawed out.... never felt cold like it.. but it was definitely worth it to hear the bda through the woods..... what an echo.. going to have to wait till next yrs historics rally to get a chance at driving a real rally car..

I was behind the White one comin back from the shop at lunch time one day.....lovely lookin car!!!!!!
Will keep an eye out for this Orange machine!!!!

cant miss it any way its always parked across from the corner house... he's not an alco he just works there......
