Introduction and query

Good afternoon everyone, I'm kadeem (21) from Antigua, hoping to go to a rally school in Canada within the next few years after practicing and learning more. I've got into the world of rally in the past year or so, still really a novice to it all but I love driving and learning new driving skills. I'm fascinated by cars and stunt driving and would like to aim to become a driver, I'm not sure if anyone here can help but any information on how the process works and what steps I should take or anything else would really be appreciated since rally isn't very big on my Island.
