Hi Everyone:

My name is Dallas Dogger and i have bene involved in rallying for over 30 years in Australia.

The man I credit this to was guy called Seamus Casey or "Jim" Casey as we knew him he came out out to Australian in the Early 80's and live din Sydney with his wife.

He was in the civil Bridge building business and he was an Escort fanatic. He competed in the 70's in Ireland in Escorts and lived in County Kerry/ Cork. He returned to Island around 1989 or so.

I went in my first rally with him and he nearly killed me! It was a gravel event and we got fastest time on the first stage and he said:

" Well how did I go?" I have never driven on gravel before.

He drove in the 1980 Southern Cross rally here and finished 15th.

If someone knows him please let me know where I can find him. He may be a car dealer as he used to buy and sell cars all the time here.

Thanks guys for your help. and BTW Charlie Drake is doing well in our National Championship and he reminds me so much of Seamus or Jim!
