CHEERS:D
got all in the post o.k!
should be good days crack:laugh:
I will not be doing it as I feel it is a bit of a rip-off and not for the faint hearted. It is slippy on some of the fast sections due to moss.
Here here Mike - £215-00 plus insurance for 32 miles of tarmac, and Rally Ireland entry fee is £400-00
Doesn't add up??
cant get regs downloaded from the site either had the same prob wit the reg and entry for the lakeland stages rally..

does anybody know who the secretary off the meeting is, and can they give me a contact?
Read the regs davidyoung and you'll find its tarmac
its tar as some of the stages of the clubman stages are being used for rally ireland:D
dont think its to bad at £215.00 insurance and all:D
aghadowey is 140 or 150 pounds.
iknow what rally i'd rather be doing for an extra £30 or £40;)

plus enniskillen mc didn't get 500,000.00 euro to subsidise the event running:kiss:
Fair point about Aghadowey - considering Alltrack can run it at £55-00 for non-registered competitors and £45-00 for registered.
Just look at Fastnet Stages in Skibereen - £330 sterling for 88miles on proper roads including insurance!! - thats what I call value.

Maybe your calculator needs a quick 'once over' - I make this an extra £65 - £75 ?

It should be a good event iam doing it . Its no more expensive than any other events out there . The problem for most clubs is the insurance costs .
I think it is as expensive as any forestry rally, only with no stage repairs, and more expensive than Nutts corner, Bishopscourt and Angelo, which all have track hire to consider. Navigators are hard enough to find never mind having to pay what for some people is a weeks wages.
fun ain't cheap theses days:p
any word on whos going yet??
not very many , as a lot of locals are not doing it as it too dear
Wish they had kept it to the format of previous years. 2 excellent forest stages and a blast around Carn quarry. Much more appealing than what is on the schedule for this year.:mad::barf::barf:
rallying is deffinetly not gettin cheaper by anymeans is it!!
