Running at the front of the field makes a massive difference in a class 3 car. At the front it is rallying, at the back it is driving over the bumps! If every club run class 3 at the front, the class would expand and become more competitive. There is no real reason not to do this.

How many cars are registered for class 3 in the NI Championship and how much would it affect your decision to do a gravel rally if you were running at the front of the field?
