Does anybody know whats happening with this new law on car mods? Heard talk a couple of months ago about the junior minister for transport trying to ban tinted windows and loud exhausts?
Has this law been passed?
If so is it just tinted windows & exhausts?

I herd rumors about body kits as they have discovered they dont do what they are supposed to do "BUMP" bumpers are ment to bump self explanitory really but its true enough to replace you bumper witha big big or bent fibre glass which in my opinion 95% of them look crap anyway !!
