Rather than start a new thread for every model, I will update this thread. First up is Revell's lovely 1/18 Opel Manta Rothmans. The model comes with 'Racing' instead of 'Rothmans' on it, but I removed the 'Racing' decals and added the 'Rothmans' ones, as well as the doorcard.

Keeping it classic, this is Sunstar's 1/18 S. Munari Alitalia Lancia Stratos. The quality of Sunstar is not in the same league as Autoart or Minichamps, but still a nice model.

I seem to be in an Italian mood, at the mo! :D This is perhaps my favourite rally model of all. It's Kyosho's stunning 1/18 Markku Alen Fiat 131, in the beautiful Alitalia livery.

Autoart 1/18 '64 Lotus Cortina Safari. This car ran with the pushrod engine for the Safari, as the twincam was less reliable....a fact which Autoart replicated correctly! :)

It's a mini photo-studio. I don't use the lights that come with it, as they are useless...they heat up alarmingly, and stink summat rotten! I use the rechargeable inspection light you see in the pic. Very rarely use the flash.

Here's a pic of my set-up, although I have since added a piece of black glass as a base. I like the reflections it gives. :)

Right, time to get serious.....can't hold off posting Mk2 pics any longer!!:D This is Sunstar's 1/18 Mikkola '78 Rally Portugal Mk2. Very simple livery, but I love it. Hard to beat Castrol liveries. No detail pics, but I will include them in other uploads as I have, ahem, 1 or 2 Mk2 models!

Pics are smaller than usual, as the forum software automatically resizes them, since the forum upgrade. However, if you click anywhere on the pic, you can view the full-size image on my Flickr page.

Another Sunstar MII. This is the Vatanen '80 Acropolis Rothmans MkII. The Rothamns decals were suppied with the model, and had to applied after purchase. I've also included a pic of Trofeu's 1/43 version.

Something slightly more recent. This is Autoart's gorgeous 1/18 Sierra Cosworth, as driven by Didier Auriol in 1988.

Chased this model for quite a few years, as they are rare and only appear on ebay occaisionally....at high prices! Happily, I got this one for a good price.

It's Autoart's 1/18 Kremer Impreza WRC, from the Rally Deutschland 2000. I love the livery, completely different to the usual Suabru blue.

Just receievd this stunning Autoart model a couple of weeks ago. It's their version of the iconic 1985 Monte Carlo Walter Rohrl Sport Quattro.

It wasn't cheap, but it is already one of my favourite models.

I notice Autoart have spelt Rohrl's name incorrectly, on the car....they have it spelt Roehrl!

Another Focus, this time from Sunstar. It's the 07 Latvala Rally Ireland WRC car. I managed to get the certificate signed by JML himself, at the Portrush Ford Fair.

The forum software has reduced the size of the pics.:
