To allow easy access to event regulations/entry form etc, all members can upload files to the forum. Click the paperclip http://www.rallyforums.com/forum/images/editor/attach.gifbutton then select the file from your hard drive which you want to attach. If you cannot see the paperclip http://www.rallyforums.com/forum/images/editor/attach.gif button, you may need to click on 'Go Advanced' at the bottom of the reply window.
