180 squid...some people are mad!!!
And you said I was mad for paying £100 for Donnelly's model. The Biggerstaff car finally went at over £356. Somebody definitely wanted it.

Mark is right, that sort of money is crazy for a model. The thing is that rallying is now so popular that model collecting has risen too in its popularity but sadly that leads to those such as this model supplier in Wales selling rare models at these sort of prices. That in itself would not be too bad but as Mark has pointed out before, along with a few others that this supplier has no concerns over quality and is more than happy to sell a S**T prepared model for huge money.
This attitude really causes problems for the likes of Mark, Kevin MC Daid and Andy Howdle who all produce Top Class quality models at reasonable prices.
But as its a free market........well

Imagine if Kevin decided to re release this model along with the other Biggerstaff model.
I do agree it is a free market but even though I do sell stuff I am a collector too which is why I said I would not pay that price for any model.
If people want to pay that for a model then thats upto them but they must want it a lot, and I do not think they would get their money back if they wanted to sell it on.
I thought KMD made 4 of them, I may be wrong
i think in this case its not the seller at fault its ebay that is inflating the prices of models these days
people just don't quit and are there are some sellers who think nothing of bidding up other peoples models its obvious that this happens when you look at bid history
