It's actually the boss of suzuki motorsport co. that drove the car;)

He won the event by 44 sec for the 20km stage which is 3.5 sec per mile faster than anyone else.

I remember the older Suzuki Escudo Pikes Peak Special, that was some power it had, I remember driving it on Gran Turismo 3 on PS2,
