1974 Mk1 Escort Mexico Type 49 shell, full Group 4 fabrication, gusseted, extra suspension top plates, rear turrets, ZF gearbox tunnel, steel bubble arches, two Cibie Super Oscars, two Cibie Oscars, front corner bumpers, Imp indicator/sidelamps, polycarbonate rear screen and rear side windows. Paint : Ferrari Red.
ENGINE
1700cc Lotus twincam built by Paul Gardner, Cosworth pistons, BRM big valve head, Arrow steel crank and rod, rally cam, PACE dry sump system, twin Weber 45 carbs, Tony Law manifold and exhaust, Lucas constant energy ignition, Goodrich 811 hoses, Gartrac sump guard, fuel tank and dry sump tank, two Facet fuel pumps, Ralloy radiator, Mocal 13 row oil cooler and remote filter. Approx 175bhp
TRANSMISSION
ZF works gearbox with direct top gear, bronze forks, AP twin paddle hydraulic clutch, single piece propshaft, fully floating Atlas axle with ZF LSD and genuine Ford 4.6 CWP, five linked (with Panhard rod)
