FAO: Historic/Post Historic Rally Mini Owners

I have a post historic mini that i hope to compete on a few historic rallys in the near future. Anyway i have a few questions regarding the cars eligibility. Firstly are adjustable bottom arms permitted i.e are they considered a period modification or are only fixed bottom arms allowed. What are the widest wheels allowed...the car is currently on 6x10. finally is an electronic ignition allowed?
