I have posted on this before about starting model making and got a great response from ye :)
Just wondering about decals, how are they made + applied? And is it easyer to get someone to make them for you instead? If so could i have links/emails please!

Decals are printed, one colour at a time, with a day to dry, overlaid, thus a sheet of decals with 10 colours on, will take at least ten days to print (these are the ones I get made professionallay), there are other types of process which are quicker, some produce better results, some worse. They are waterslide transfers, thus put decal in water, slide into place with a needle or brush, then dab with a cotton bud. Also, softeners can be used to get decals around difficult shapes.....hard work to make yourself..................

does taht use an alps printer or whatever it is called? And who does these?
