I have Dynamic Suspensions in my Civic...which seem to be very similar to Proflex
They were originally in an EK4 Group A Civic
Just wondering has anyone ever used these before
and where might I get the shocks regassed?

Cathal Hogan (C-tech Motorsport) will look after them for you. One of our customers uses them in an EK4 and finds them a good suspension. They were used in the works Civics of the 90's

Also used in world car escorts.. puma s 1600 and F1 cars... gased by anyone with a bottle of nitrogen and a regulator! They are not extaordinary to open, just like most regular dampers. Parts can be slightly expensive though
