Hi there,

I'm Chris Brooks, 24 from Ludlow, and I'm an accountnant in Birmingham.

I've got good rounded experience and am currently co-driving a front-running BTRDA 1400 car as well occasional rallies in a fast Escort MKII.

I have tarmac and recce experience over the Epynt Millitary ranges.

With the ITC being so strong, I am looking at some rallies in Ireland and dipping my toe in the water before a full Champioship in 2007 (grand plans eh?).

I would be willing to contribute and am open to offers, but ideally looking for a class competitive car, preferrably 4wd but I'm easy and open to offers for the right seat.

I'm hapy to supply examples of my work or driver references if need be, but I'm a very relaxed co-driver, keeping my head whilst others around me lose theirs, an I'm very passionate about my rallying having spectated since I was 6 months old!

Any offers / contacts / advice are warmly appreciated and I look forward to hearing from you all!!

many thanks, Chris Brooks

WHAT CHAMPIONSHIP ARE YOU HOPING TO DO NEXT YEAR?

Sorry for the slow reply...

I'm open to offers really, I think tarmac though as that's what Ireland does best!

I've looked at expenses and I think I can do an Irish tarmac round on the same money as a BTRDA gravel round, contributing to entry's, plus flights and living expenses.

All being well I will be doing course car on this weekend's Severn Valley Stages ina MKII, and should have in-car to show for it.

While I would like to get into 4wd, I really just want a car that's drivien well!

As above, any advice / offers / suggestions welcomed!!

Cheers, Chris.

MAYBE KEEP YOUR NAME UP FOR A FEW NATIONAL RALLIES OVER HERE 1ST,GET TO MEET DIFFERENT DRIVERS AND TALK TO EVERYONE BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN SOME OF THESE PEOPLE NEED A NAVI, A CONTRIBUTING CO DRIVER IS A MAJOR PLUS FOR YOU

I'd say I do have good forestry experience.

I'm doing a full BTRDA season this year, plus 2 or 3 extra rallies, all of which are forestry.

I have always had good reports from drivers about my co-driving, being very accurate and easy to get used to and place confidence in.

I guess it's difficult to talk about yourself though, so I'd be happy to put you in contact with my current / ex drivers if you'd like?

Do you have an event in mind?

I THINK YOU SHOULD TRY A NATIONAL TARMAC EVENT FIRST AND THEN YOU CAN DO A FULL RECCE,NOTHING WRONG WITH FORESTRY AT ALL BUT NO RECCE. I VE DONE OVER 100 EVENTS BETWEEN TAR AND FORESTRY AND WITH THE SPEEDS NOW I PREFER TO DO A RECCE SO THE TAR WOULD BE MY PREFERED CHOICE. YOU COULD PICK AN EVENT FROM THE CALENDER OVER HERE AND PUT YOUR NAME ON THE FORUM LOOKING FOR A SEAT,SOMEONES ALWAYS LOOKING
