I use 16 GB CF cards with a speed of 233mhz in Damien Mc Carthy's in car camera for the past 3 years with no problems. We normally swop out the card at each service as a precaution but 1 card should cover a days rallying. At the quality setting we have the camera set at, each stage is about half a gig so in theory a 16 gig card should hold 32 stages. The read / write speed is more important for quality than the card size.
