I asked John Bayly if he got photographs of myself or Pete Willoughby on Sunday evening.
His response was class........"Pat....I'm not a @*^ing miracle worker!!!":laugh::laugh:

Sadly Pete's engine gave out on the first corner of stage one and ours cried enough on the first line of the second page of notes,also on stage one.:help:
Must be something there for the guinness book of records!!:D:D:D

I was with Malachy in car 20 BTW

Pat the first line of notes on page two stage one must be cursed, we rolled on the first hairpin left but got going lucky enough some spectators & a photographer got us back on our wheels and thanks to them we made the finish. Cheer's lads

Green Escort......witnessed the whole affair,standing on the corner with me little OK board in me hand:(
I actually told them to get up and push you back onto your wheels and they couldn't get up to you fast enough..fair play to them.:D
I noticed you were still going strong on stage 6 later in the day.
Well done on the finish after such an early mishap!:yahoo::yahoo::yahoo:

Pat,
I know you will get your own back on me for that one, hopefully cover me in mud at wrong angles etc.
I feel for Pete, what a pain, as I know he was well up for it.
Lar, your rearranged windscreen looked good, I am sure Anthony was not a bundle of fun on stage 1

Thats putting it mildly John, but at least we got our first finish in this years forestry champ, got third in class. If you take stage 1 out the day was very enjoyable. Great Rally.
