Mad_for_Tar 12-03-2010, 19:05 Mk2 box will fit a Mk1 but you will have to make up a new gearbox mounting. The Mk1 box has a support underneath it between the front crossmember and under the passenger floor where as the Mk2 has just a front mount. Think I have some pics of a Mk2 in a Mk1 if its any use.
