All parts are available in cheaper black gel coated fiberglass.
Currently fabricating new molds for mk2 parts such as fiberglass bootlid with carbon spoiler and many more and will add pics and info as parts are produced.

Flat carbon fiber sheets from big enough for door panels to small dash bits. call or email for prices.
All flat sheets are vacuum infused on a glass plate for a very light smooth gloss finish.

No Corsa specific moulded parts daire but flat sheets for door and inner quarter panels are no problem and some parts are universal like roof vent, center console and nav's foot tray.
pm me regarding any of these or any parts you are looking into getting made.

Brian could you send me a price list also as i am also building a mk2. the gearbox tunnel in my shell is very big [prepfab shell] so im looking for smallish foot trays, i have 2 trays but i have to take them back.

Flat door cards are no problem as we always have 2m x 1m sheets in stock or else you can send templates and we can trim for you.

They are available €450/pair, top quality.
Depending on stock may me made to order.
Please ask when buying about our underguard manufacture date as full cure/maximum strength takes 4 weeks for underguards. This is something you will not be told elsewhere and it is very important.
Sill guards to work in with arch guards also available.

We are currently working on a mould for a mk2 dash
The finished part will be a complete replacement carbon fibre dash (not just the top section) with the top section flocked and carbon exposed on the rest.

Mk2 Escort Carbon Fibre bonnet.
This is the most recent Mk2 Part we are making. Weight is approx 3.7 kilos. The carbon bonnet we make is carbon fibre right through making it very rigid and strong while being as light as is possible.
Finished in clear coat both sides bonnets are €600
If you are going to paint it and it does not need clear coat let us know and it will be a bit cheaper.

We recently reworked the inner mould of the grp bootlid and smoothed off a lot of the original indentitions that are on a steel bootlid.
We also use very high quality m8 fixings.
