What is your favourite colour scheme, past or present.
I really like the Rothmans colours and am trying to collect as many as possible. Anybody know how many different variations of vehicles this will cover.
Formula 1 twice, Ford Escort mkII, Sierra Cosworth, Lancia Stratos, BMW M3, Alfa Romeo GTV6, MG Metro 6R4, Mitsubishi Evo 3/4,Shogun, Porsche 956/962/911/959/961, Moto GP, and an ex-military M.A.N. 8 wheel lorry used as support on the Dakar. Any others?:wacko::wacko:
Ascona 400, Manta 400 both available in 1/43 and the Audi Quattro which I only know of in 1/24, may be others, dont think you did too bad on your list at 6.30am!!

The Audi Quattro's that had Rothmans backing where 2 cars in the Middle East, Saeed Al Hajri and David Llewellin drove on the 88 Jordan Rally, John Bosch Audi in Holland and there was Rothmans backing for an Audi driver in Cyprus in the late 80's

One of them Rothman's Quattro's is reregistered with Fisher's old plate DIL 999

Here's a BMW M1 Bernard Darniche used in Corsica in 82, not strictly a Rothmans colour scheme but sponsored by Rothmans nonetheless!

Said it already Mark, i posted that pic ages ago on totalrallying.com and it got lots of response but nobody knew who owned the car and how it got the plate!

i think Andy Dawson used to run those cars both JJI, and DIL know he ran Mikkola in a yellow 555 car in China in the mid eighties.
maybe not what your asking, but i liked the scheme of Maurice Gass's S8 , the yellow one run my DMG, he had it in the Stonethrowers 2003 and wrote it off in Lurgan Park
