I was wondering whats the most powerfull 2ltr 8v engine out there?I have a rwd starlet and dont know what engine would be best for class 12 next year:caution:

daniel mc kennas pinto...was up to 3rd/4th overall in sligo this year with it and was 11th in monaghan with it

aidan toner also had a really good pinto

both on throtal bodies and well over 200break

there better on throttle bodies when ya have the ball off money spent inside :rolleyes:

the 1900 peugeot engine or else the 2litre citroen engine. basically the same engine to a point. probaly the best of them if your willing to spend the dollars

i'll find out. a guy down here used to have a mass peugeot engine in a g3. unbelievable engine to rev.

are you sure a starlet can be logbooked with a 2ltr engine i was told before it couldent

A toners pinto was on the rolling road at 222bhp and 178tq at 6000 rpm. thats with drag of engine and gear box so on the dyno it was 229bhp. its all steel pinto and has just been re built i think its for sale.

jondel head and cam all steel bottom end on throttle boddies drysumped built by c bradley motorsport the full spec is on file with them. aidan has fitted bradleys vauxhall engine 16 v

Jasus 7bhp difference between Flywheel and Wheel figures, on a roadcar it can be 20+.
