Joe Baker 29-04-2008, 14:05 oh the dreaded avo in an eg6!!!!!!!!!!!:o: top marks if you can get a set that fits right..ie sky high in the front and lower on the back than anything you would see on pimp my ride!! I tried two sets and both had same results..but yet avo claim they are for the car!! Fair enough they are a good bit cheaper and would prob do the job (ish)..but if ur getting a set make sure and state you'll pay them if they fit!! 909 29-04-2008, 14:16 Proflex are the only way to go, or dynamix if you can get them but there dearer again than proflex. you can put in leda, avo etc and they will be ok(until you hit the 1st bump) but if you want to make a rally car out of it you need proflex, might seem a bit dearer the 1st day but cheaper than a couple of new shells in the long run. another thing to think about is that theres nothing as dangerous as a set of proflex(or any 3 way suspension) if its not set up properly, make sure you get someone who knows what there at when doing this. eoghain1 29-04-2008, 15:05 proflex is the only job for a civic, completely changes the car with right set-up! dynamic are a pure pain to deal with, tryin to set them up with out the clicks like proflex on the canisters is near impossible.... i've seen loads of different dampers in civics from tien to exe-tc and proflex is the most cost effective and the lad in ballinasloe is spot on too.
